It may be early November but is begining to look a lot like Christmas for companies that hang Christmas lights.Benjamin Allen is the operations manager for LawnAmerica. For 10 months out of the year, they work hard to keep Tulsa lawns green. The other two months, the company switches gears and becomes 'Christmas Decor'.Allen tells KRMG that the Christmas light side of the business began about 15 years ago as a way to keep LawnAmerica's workers employed during the winter months. Now, the company books up weeks in advance installing Christmas lights on homes and businesses across Tulsa.Christmas Decor owns the L.E.D.leather ipad case lights and maintans them during the holiday season. Allen says the typical home, depending on size can start around $700 but the average home runs in the $1200 range.
